At the beginning of the second quarter we caused a safety against the Beavers making 2-0. Then, at the end of the second quarter they scored: 2-8. During the third quarter we scored: 10-8. It wasn't until the fourth quarter that the Beavers scored with around two minutes left. We had no time to score again so we lost. What sucked was that we had hope down to the last minute on our last drive. We were around the Beaver's forty when our quarterback threw an interception. After that all the Beaver's did was take a knee. We had to turn in our pads after the game. It sucked. I wanted to go to the championship so bad. Oh well, we had a good season. Especially since we were a 7th and 8th grade combined team with only nine 8th graders in an 8th grade league.
